We collect personal data about you when you register with the Website We do so in order to provide you with the services that are available through the Website as well as for administrative purposes when you purchase consultancy programmes through the Website.
The personal data that we collect includes your name, email address and telephone number. If you enrol in any of our programmes we will also ask for your address and phone number in case we need to contact you offline or send material relating to a programme you have bought. We will also retain any written documentation you send us relating to your programme and copies of the recordings of our sessions for our reference purposes only and we will keep that information for a period of one year in case you wish to come back to us with any queries following the end of your programme.
If you decide to purchase any programmes through the Website we may ask you for the details needed to process any payment that is required. We do not retain your credit or debit card details after the transactions are completed.
What do we do with your personal data?
By initially registering with the Website it is understood that you are interested in receiving updates and offers from us in relation to new programmes that we feel may be of interest to you.
We will never share your information or data with any third party outside of our organisation and will give you the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list will be included on any email that we send to you.
What we collect and store
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

–Create your account for our LMS
If you register a free account then we will store your email address.
We store information about you for as long as your account exists.
We store course progress, including completion status, quiz scores, assignments and/or essay submissions (if applicable).
We will also store comments on courses, lessons, topics, assignments, and essays if you choose to leave them.
Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Group Leaders can access:
–Order information such as your enrolled courses, course progress and username / email address.
Any additional information added in your WordPress User Profile can also be visible to the administrator(s).
What we share with others
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example – Mailchimp, so that we can contact you about the courses you enrol in.
Payments
We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Marketing
In the event that you enrol on a programme with us any data you submit will be retained In a private dropbox folder that is shared only between yourself, Melinda Coss and, where administrative work is required with Melinda Coss’s personal assistant. During the programme Melinda Coss will also keep a local file of documentation relating to your project on her personal computer. This file will be destroyed one year after your programme terminates unless you request that it is destroyed before that time.
Data Sharing and Transfers
We will not share or transfer your data to anyone outside of those within our organisation who are directly involved in coaching or providing administrative services directly to you
