
Terms and Conditions for Melinda Coss’s Skincare Business Retreat In France.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all participants booking the [Skincare Business Retreat] ("Retreat"), organized by Melinda Coss Global Ltd ("Company"), a UK Limited Company. By booking the Retreat, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full for the June Retreat by April 1st 2025 and for the October Retreat by August 1st 2025
2.2. If payment is not received by the deadline, your booking may be cancelled without refund.
2.3. Please note we are not a travel agency. Prices quoted on our website are inclusive of accommodation, meals, and coaching sessions as outlined in the Retreat itinerary. Travel expenses and personal insurance are not included. Whilst the prices we have given cover both accommodation and coaching the actual payments for your accommodation and coaching will be split and invoiced to you separately – ie you will pay Cugnac direct for your accommodation and meals and M.C. Global for the coaching.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]
3.2. The following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 60 days before the Retreat: [100]% refund minus deposit.
- Less than 60 days before the Retreat: No refund.
3.3. If the Retreat is cancelled by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund. The Company is not responsible for travel costs incurred by participants,
4. Travel and Insurance
4.1. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the Retreat location.
4.2. The Company strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance that includes event cancellation, medical coverage, and personal liability protection.
5. Liability Waiver
5.1. Participants understand that they are attending the Retreat at their own risk and agree to release the Company from any liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.
5.2. The Company is not responsible for any disruptions, cancellations, or force majeure events affecting travel plans.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and comply with the rules of the retreat venue.
6.2. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, with no refund.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
7.1. The Company will collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7.2. Participants agree to the use of photos or videos taken during the Retreat for promotional purposes unless they explicitly opt out in writing.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
